User Experience (UX) is a concept in design and development which refers to a person’s emotions and attitudes about using a particular system. It involves aspects of branding, design, usability, and function that shape the user’s perception. UX covers the entire process the user goes through, including aspects that users would directly interact with like the interface and graphic design, and parts working behind the scenes like data processing or information architecture.
UX is critical to the success of a website as it directly affects the usability. The goal of UX is to identify and address the pain points in the user journey, improve user satisfaction, and create a positive interaction between the user and the business.
